EP painting and powder coating

Our industrial powder coating and electropainting capabilities allow us to provide assembly and component products that are fully painted and ready to go.

Powder coating

At our industry-leading powder coating plant, we are able to apply a high quality finish to parts and components up to 1.8m x 1.6m x 2m, at a rate of 1 Flight Bar per 7 mins.

Powder coating gives industrial products a finish that is both durable and attractive. It also renders them more resistant to diminished coating quality resulting from impact, moisture, chemicals, ultraviolet light, and other extreme weather conditions.

What’s more, the risk of scratches, chipping, abrasions, corrosion, fading, and other wear issues is reduced when the powder coating is applied.

At ADM Pressings we offer powder coatings in an almost limitless range of colours and textures.

Electropainting

Electropainting (or EP) is an economical and corrosion resistant finish used either on its own or as a primer.

EP is applied by submerging components in the coating then applying an electrical current, enhancing the corrosion resistance.

The final coating is not UV balanced and is therefore best suited to parts such as engine compartment, under body, interior brackets and braking components.

Like powder coatings, we provide electropainting at our industrial plant in Newcastle.
