ROBOTIC WELDING
Our robotic welding capacity can be utilised for one-off projects or production line requirements, saving time and labour, and delivering consistent, high-quality results.
Based in our Newcastle site, our robotic welding systems fall into two categories:
Semiautomatic robotic welding systems
Our semiautomatic robotic welding systems are controlled by experienced ADM engineers, who will program the robot to perform a simple task.
As they are not fully automated, these robotic welding systems are ideal for smaller-scale projects.

Automatic robotic welding systems
Our fully automatic robotic welding systems are given a series of commands, involving the machine in the entire line function.
As a more intricate robotic welding system, fully automated robots are particularly well suited to the automotive industry, where uninterrupted production flow is required.
