Cutting-edge metal pressings
Our large hydraulic presses offer a high level of control, making them suitable for complex metal pressings. With a maximum pressing force of 1600te and a maximum tool size of 5m x 2.5m, they can press entire car side panels.
In addition to our hydraulic presses, we also operate mechanical presses that have much lower operational cycle times, allowing faster product turnarounds.
Accurate cutting
If you require metal pressings with intricate details, then our metal lasers offer precise and accurate cutting to the highest standards.
Our versatile 2D metal lasers can achieve any shape required, with completely repeatable results and distortion-free finishes.
Designed for high speed and manoeuvrability, our 5 axis lasers specialise in prototype and production cutting and are suited to laser cutting and laser welding high strength, heat resistant metals.
Precision bending
Products can be enhanced with our manual and mechanical press brakes.
Our range of press brakes can be customised to create the precise parts needed with minimal wastage.
Professional finishing
We can improve the surfaces using a range of processes, including blasting and polishing.
What’s more, we can provide assembly and component products that are fully painted and ready to go in different colours and textures, using wet paint, industrial powder coating and electropainting.
